From paper job sheets to a live operations loop

The brief was simple and hard: supervisors needed one place to assign work, and field staff needed an app that still worked with a weak signal. Syntaxel mapped the day-in-the-life of both roles before a single screen was drawn.

We shipped a mobile client for job intake, navigation, photo proof, and sign-off, plus a web console for dispatch and reporting. The same data model now feeds the weekly operations review.

They did not hand us a pretty prototype and leave. The app matches how the team actually works, including the messy exceptions.

After launch we stayed on for two release cycles: offline sync hardening, role permissions, and a lightweight BI view so leadership could see completion rates without exporting CSVs.
